Staff behavior left me shocked
The best part of our stay was the central location, which made exploring the city so easy. Comfortable beds helped us recharge after busy days.
They barged into our room multiple times over noise complaints that had nothing to do with us.

This hotel, located in a bustling area filled with restaurants and bars, offered impressive room size and thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and a coffee machine. Noise from the street was noticeable at night, but inside, everything felt peaceful. The convenience to local attractions was a definite plus.

Perfect for Families visiting!
We stayed for 3 nights and the room was HUGE! The coffee machine on the ground floor? A lifesaver for early mornings, couldn't start my day without it.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the space.

One of my belongings went missing after housekeeping, and the staff were dismissive instead of helpful. The room's heater was also broken initially, adding to the frustration. Choose this place only if you're willing to risk losing your belongings.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat for our family! The location was perfect, with NC Cube Canal Walk just a 300-meter stroll away. Our teenagers loved exploring the nearby shops and eateries, making our stay fun and convenient.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities around the hotel.

I spent five nights here and really enjoyed the cozy room and the late-night snacks available. The chill lounge was perfect for unwinding, and I loved the fun game area. The only downside was the slightly dim lighting in the room, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊
